Gender equality has always been a major theme in Sophie Gourion's career. After ten years in marketing at L'Oréal, she turned to writing and career management consultancy, specializing in supporting women. Strongly committed to gender equality, she worked as an advisor at the French Ministry for Families, Children and Women's Rights, before becoming involved in skills development at the Conseil Départemental de la Seine-Saint-Denis. In the course of her career, she has supported around a hundred women in their career development and personal growth. Author of the book Les filles et les garçons peuvent le faire aussi (30,000 copies sold and translated into 7 languages), Sophie Gourion continues to raise awareness on gender stereotypes and the representation of women through conferences and training courses.

With L'Agency, she is working on the script of two new children's books.
