Anthropologist by training and occasional reporter, environmentalist and feminist activist, Aude Vidal coordinated the review L'An 02 (En attendant l'an 02, Le Passager clandestin, 2016) and then On achève bien les éleveurs (L'Échappée, 2017), a book illustrated by Guillaume Trouillard.

In Égologie: Écologie, individualisme et course au bonheur (Le Monde à l'envers, 2017) and La Conjuration des ego: Féminismes et individualisme (Syllepse, 2019), she initiates an analysis of the impregnation of liberal ideas in the activist sphere, a reflection continued in Le Revenu garanti, une utopie libérale (Le Monde à l'envers, 2020). She runs the blog www.ecologie-politique.eu.

Aude Vidal's latest essay, Dévorer le Monde (Payot, 2024), is a nugget of thought on the theme of travel and all the questions it raises from an economic, ecological and human point of view.

With L'Agency, she is currently working on an essay on democracy, while it still stands.
