Johanna Luyssen
Johanna Luyssen is a journalist and deputy head of the society department of press outlet Libération. She is also an author and specialist in feminist issues.
She has previously worked for various large media outlets - Le Monde, Arte, Liberation Next, Stylist, La Vie. In an article she published on Medium in 2019, she brought to the forefront the rapist's drug, and the huge shortcomings of the health and judicial systems in caring for victims and treating this specific form of abuse.
A long-time feminist, she is the author of Si je veux, an autobiographical text published by Grasset in 2022 about her choice to have a child alone and to raise it in a single-parent home. Previously, she published Les 30 FĂ©ministes que personne n'a vu venir at Le Contrepoint, with illustrations by Enora Denis.
She has recently started working on works of fiction
